Wednesday Feb 18-Apr 5–Season of Lent and Easter
Lent began on February 18 with Ash Wednesday. During Lent we have special elements during worship and several special services including:
–Sunday, March 29-Palm Sunday including a Procession of Palms by children, Kids’ Handbell special music, Procession of the Symbols
–Thursday, April 2-Maundy Thursday Seder Meal @ 5:30 pm
–Sunday, April 5-Easter Sunday with an Easter Egg Hunt for kids following worship
–Sunday, April 12-Greening of the Cross which includes a Kids’ Bike Parade to celebrate spring!

Sundays @ 8:30am–Adult Ed Discussion
Adult Ed is discussing the book “Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion” by Gregory Boyle on Sunday mornings before worship. Join us at 8:30 a.m. for “gathering time”, with the discussion starting promptly at 8:45 a.m. Come even if you haven’t read any of the book.

2026 Climate Hope Art Contest
The theme this year is “A Future with Hope.” Children and youth are invited to draw, paint, or color works of art that bring this theme to life. We have art templates for them to use. All art submissions need to be turned into the Church office for submission by March 20th. Contact Kathy Hine if you have any questions!

Thursday Apr 2, 5:30pm Maundy Thursday Seder Meal
On Maundy Thursday, April 2, we will gather for a simple meal of foods Jesus and his disciples may have eaten (pita bread, olives, nuts, hummus, water, a simple salad…). We’ll be together in fellowship, singing, candlelight and Holy Communion as we remember the night Jesus broke bread with his friends before his journey to the cross. We do need RSVPs, so please sign-up on the sign-up sheet on the Welcome Table or let the Church Office know.
