Silent Auction & Potluck

Saturday April 11, 4:30–Silent Auction & Potluck
On Saturday, April 11, we will be hosting a taco bar potluck and silent auction from 4:30 to 6:30 pm! Join us for good food, fellowship and a silent auction. We hope to have a good turn out and participation! Proceeds from the auction will go towards the church’s general (Operating) fund. Here is what you need to know:
—Please RSVP if you will be attending! Let the church office know if you will be attending and how many so we have a good count for food.
–We are looking for auction item donations – Services (ex. Boat rides, dinner invites, lawn care, yoga, etc.), Tickets (ex. Rockies, symphony, and other excursion/attraction tickets) and Gift Cards (ex. Starbucks, restaurants, stores, etc.) are what we are looking for. If you have a new item or hand-crafted item you would like to donate, please let us know and we will evaluate whether they are appropriate for the event on a case-by-case basis. We have donation forms that need to be filled for each service or item donated. We ask that you give us an estimated value and a starting bid that you feel comfortable with. Forms will be available on Sunday mornings or from the Church Office. Donation forms are due by April 1.
–We will be having a taco bar potluck for dinner! A sign-up will be coming soon if you are able to help bring some items
