Children begin worship with their family, then partway into worship children will be invited to leave with their teachers for their classes. “Worship & Wonder” is for K-3rd grade children. “Engage & Explore” classes is for 4th grade and up (and only meets about 3 Sundays a month). See the Ministry for Children page page for further descriptions of the classes. The nursery is available for children age 5 and under. And know that children are always welcome in the sanctuary with you!
Today:
- Rev. Karin Kilpatric’s message “Colorful Characters”
- Bible Sunday (children 4th grade or older receive a Bible given to them by a sponsor)
- Holy Communion
- Special music piece by the Celebration! Choir – “Medley from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”
- Worship & Wonder and Engage & Explore for kids both meet today
- Nursery care for 0-5 year olds
- Presentation of Norway slides by Flatelands and Jeri Lou Maus following worship
- 8:30 am Adult Ed Discussion before worship
- Advent Devotional available
