We hope you can join us for First United Church of Arvada’s “Community Art Auction Fundraiser” on Saturday, June 24, from 6 -8:30 p.m., with proceeds benefitting First United, Community Table and the Arvada Center. There will be drinks and snacks available, along with some awesome artwork that can be purchased for a fraction of actual value at the Silent Auction taking place from 6 – 8:30 p.m.

The doors open at 6 p.m., and the first of three art tables closes at 6:45 p.m. The second art table will close at 7:05 and the last table closing at 7:25 p.m. In between table closings you’ll be able to snack, view and bid on art, mix and mingle with folks from the Arvada community and chat with the artists. You’ll also have bragging rights about attending the First Annual – First United Church of Arvada Community Art Silent Auction! Helping promote the unity in community!

Want to see your artwork starring in the Silent Auction, along with an opportunity to meet the art collector who purchased your art? We are accepting a wide variety of art forms and styles, as long as it’s family friendly. Contact Carrie at 720-329-5239 with any questions about artwork you are considering donating. Deadline for art donations is Friday, June 16, 2023 by noon at First United of Arvada, 7195 Simms St, Arvada, CO 80004.

Worship (in person & on Zoom)
Jun 25 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am

First United Church of Arvada is open for in-person Worship in addition to offering our services over Zoom. For in-person services, masks are optional. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask or are not feeling well, we encourage you to continue to wear a mask on Sunday mornings or join us via Zoom. Request Zoom link here.

The nursery is open.  Elementary age kids will be invited to leave the worship service partway through to attend Worship & Wonder.  Kids are always welcome in the sanctuary with you or, if you prefer, you can bring your child(ren) to the foyer and still participate in the service, but with some extra wiggle room.
