You’re invited to support the Community Table Food Bank in Arvada through an Interfaith Community Food Drive on Saturday July 25 from 9am to 3pm! The goal is for a contactless experience at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Alkire Building: 12995 West 72nd Avenue, Arvada, CO 80005 (across from the APEX Center). Here’s how you can participate safely:
–Place your canned goods in bags or boxes and place them in the trunk or back seat of your car, away from any passengers.
–When you arrive at the food drive, pull up to the drop off location, and open the trunk of your car or unlock your door.
–A masked volunteer will remove the donations from your vehicle and carry them to the donation tables
–Please remain in your car except to open or close the trunk as needed.

Book Club is reading How To Be An Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi. They’ll meet outdoors at a member’s home, using masks and staying socially distant for their discussion on Tuesday, July 28 at 6:30pm. For more information, please fill out the “Contact Us” form, and ask for “Book Club” information.
