Children (K-5) & youth (middle & high school) are dismissed about 20 minutes in to the service for Youth Sunday school and Worship & Wonder. (Nursery provided for younger children.) Worship concludes about 11:00AM, with coffee and fellowship afterward.

- Make origami butterflies after worship in conjunction with Just Peace Sunday
Everyone is invited to make origami butterflies for a Just Peace project that’ll be displayed in the sanctuary on Sept 23. Gather after worship on Sept 9 and Sept 16 for hands-on instruction from Patty Painter-Wakefield & some of the kids who will have made butterflies during their Sunday school time on Sept 9. All butterflies will be collected on Sunday Sept 16–Just Peace Sunday–to be made into a hanging for the sanctuary.

Come join the drum circle during worship at 10am on Oct 7. Hear rhythms and drums from various parts of the world throughout the service. Percussionist Ken Fordyce will lead us through some rhythms with drums, inviting kids and adults to join in creating a heartbeat of the world. We partner this with a celebration of World Communion Sunday. The choir will sing with percussion accompaniment, too. (No children’s Sunday school, so they can participate in the unique service.)
