The congregational meeting known as the Fall Planning meeting will be held on Sunday, November 6 following our Sunday morning worship service. We will be meeting in-person as well as via Zoom. We need a 20% quorum, so members, please plan to remain following the service or logon through the Zoom service link at 11 am. Main topics include:

*An amendment to the church’s by-laws will be voted on by the congregation at the Fall Planning Meeting on November 6 after worship service. The amendment defines how the Land Sale Proceeds Fund will be governed. The amendment text will be e-mailed out to all church members on October 31, 2022; if you’d prefer to have a printed copy, please contact the church office.

The nursery is open. Elementary age kids will be invited to leave the worship service partway through to attend Worship & Wonder. Today: We celebrate the final Sunday of our Stewardship Campaign, bringing our pledges forward during the worship service. After the service, please stay for a Celebration meal!
As we celebrate the final Sunday of our Stewardship Campaign, bringing our pledges forward during the worship service at 10am, let’s eat together in a Celebration meal after the service!
Enjoy singing but don’t want to solo? Join the choir! What if you don’t sing, but you want to participate in music in another way? Play handbells! Rehearsals for both the Celebration! Choir and the Peals of Praise bell choir are Sundays after worship. Contact Music Director Sue Wedaa for more information.
The next book the Book Club is reading is The Book of Joy by Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama. There’s no book kit from the library this time, so you’ll have to acquire your own book from the library or by purchasing it. The discussion gathering will be Friday, November 18 at 1pm at a church member’s home. Please contact the church office for more information.
