Elementary age kids (and preschoolers) are invited to an online gathering of Worship & Wonder, on Sunday Oct 4, after the worship service. Use the same Zoom info as for the Worship service, and gather at around 11:00 for the virtual Sunday school class.

• New Stained Glass Window Dedication

Want to see the new stained glass window in the Sanctuary? Drive by on Sunday evening, October 11 any time between 6:30 and 7 pm and it will be lit up!  Feel free to drive through the parking lot or park, get out and view it up close (please wear a mask and social distance if others are around).  All viewing will be outside.

Book Club is reading American Dirt by Jeanine Cummins. They will be meeting on Sunday October 18 at 1:30pm at the Clarks’ house (outdoors) to talk about the book. Some members are also committed to reading Sarah Jackson’s new book, The House That Love Built, about how she came to build Casa de Paz and the things she found out about how detainees are treated. Meeting plan for this book aren’t yet solidified. Contact the church office for further details.

• Fall Planning Meeting after Worship

The congregational meeting known as the Fall Planning meeting will be held on Sunday, October 25 following our Zoom worship. (To receive the Worship & Meeting information, fill out the form accessed near the top of the page on the “Upcoming Events” page on our website.) We need a 20% quorum, so members, please plan to remain following the service or logon through the Zoom service link at 11 am.

–Approval of the minutes from the previous Congregational Meeting (May 5, 2020)
