Worship & Sunday school for youth and children

Children (elementary age) & youth (middle & high school) stay for the first 20 minutes or so, then are dismissed to Worship & Wonder and Youth Sunday School. (Nursery provided.)

Worship concludes about 11:00AM, with coffee and fellowship afterward.

PrayerSpace

Nov 20 @ 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm

PrayerSpace offers time and a place to pray and be reflective with others. Usually there’s a song, a guided meditation and silence. Patty Painter-Wakefield facilitates these about once a month. The next one is November 20 at 5:45pm. The confirmation class will conclude class with PrayerSpace that night. Parents are invited to join us, too. AND because PrayerSpace lasts about a half hour, there will be ample time to also attend the 6:30pm Adult Ed program.

A note on December…We’re planning a “Blue” Christmas service in place of PrayerSpace on December 11 at 4pm. The “Blue” service will be for anyone who may be experiencing grief, finding the holidays lonely, or would simply like to take a break from the pace of the season.

Spiritual Healing: Moving Forward

Come and let’s talk with one another about the issues that have struck our hearts and minds and souls during this troubling, turbulent election. How do we heal as individuals, as neighbors and friends, as a nation? All are welcome and encouraged to come together to talk about our individual and group perspectives – views from the young, the older and the oldest will help us all.
