Tai Chi is an excellent form of movement and when performed with consistency as we age can help improve our balance, physically and spiritually. Many of you know Jodie Noel who has worked endlessly in our garden area; she has provided Tai Chi for those interested since May. Just show up in comfortable clothing on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm.
